Had an amazing date night dinner before a concert at Rogers Place. Brittany was our server, and she was lovely. It felt like she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great night; friendly, checking on us regularly, refreshing our drinks, and helping us select what we wanted to eat and drink. We gave ourselves extra time because we knew it would be busy with a concert happening but even with the restaurant being very full, Brittany was on top of her game. The food was perfect, from the appetizer to the dessert. And the drinks were delicious! Definitely try the Espresso Martini and the Cherry Blossom Mojito - so good!

We come here a lot! Came for drinks and appetizers tonight, and Shilo (at the bar) was fantastic!! Very quick and kind service and incredibly friendly!! Drinks were very good as well. James brought the food out efficiently and was also very kind. Everyone here is always so nice and down for a chat! 10/10 love coming here!

Had such an Amazing experience at chop! The place has such a nice vibe, classy, but still comfortable. The staff were super friendly specifically the manager ,Jessica and our server, Reann, The food was another level, beautifully presented and full of flavor. I especially loved the steak platter, but honesty, everything we tried was delicious. Definitely one of the best dining experiences. I’ve had. Perfect spot for a special night out or if you just want.to treat yourself. Highly recommend!!!

Our family had the pleasure of dining at Chop Steakhouse in downtown last night to celebrate our 15-year wedding anniversary, and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place for such a special occasion. The food was absolutely outstanding—beautifully cooked, full of flavor, and presented with care. What truly made the evening unforgettable was the service. Nav, our server, was exceptional—attentive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire visit. He made us feel well taken care of without ever being intrusive, and his warm, friendly approach added so much to the atmosphere. Jessica, the manager, also checked in to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. You can tell the whole team genuinely cares. We left with full hearts and full stomachs. Highly recommend Chop for any celebration—or just a great night out!

Overall decent experience, good food with luxurious ambiance and a price tag to match. The starter Caesar salad and tuna tartare were amazing, tons of capers on the salad was a good surprise. The $50 filet mignon was disappointing. Upon ordering a medium steak, I was specifically "warned" by the waitstaff that the steak would be "pink throughout." The steak had pink still present, which was nice, but was bordering on medium-well or even well-done. There also wasn't any seasoning on the steak, just a slab of meat that had been charbroiled. Incredibly disappointed in the steak, especially for $50, but the rest was decent. Might try again, if I did I would have to be diligent about making sure the waitstaff and the kitchen are on the same page about different steak done-ness.

I’ve been indulging in steak all over the place, and I was blown away by the quality of the meat here! The Great Canadian Rib-Eye was cooked to perfection, just the way I like it. Even the chef came over to check if I was enjoying it and if it was cooked to my liking. The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly attentive. There was just one small hiccup - the air conditioning was way too cold. As a bald guy, the cold wind was constantly blowing over my head and neck, which was quite uncomfortable. But hey, the steak and service made up for that!
